London, 8 March 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield has made a significant hire in its dedicated UK Statutory Valuations team with Nyear Yaseen joining the firm as a Partner.
Yaseen, a specialist in Statutory Valuations and Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO), has over 15 years’ experience and is a registered valuer. The team is currently advising on major projects for institutional investors, REITs, property companies, occupiers and overseas investors.
She is based in London with a national remit.
Mark Henderson, Head of Statutory Valuations at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Nyear’s breadth of experience and specialist knowledge of CPOs is outstanding. Her appointment will enhance our ability to provide market intelligence and advice to clients, especially in relation to public/private partnerships, which continue to grow in popularity. We are delighted to welcome her to the team.”
Nyear Yaseen, Partner at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “This is an incredibly exciting move for me. Cushman & Wakefield has a deep understanding of market factors and is ahead of the curve in the sector. Regeneration and the levelling up agenda are key focuses across the UK, and this is a fantastic opportunity to use my background in CPOs to help nurture and grow established, loyal relationships.
