Cushman & Wakefield Appoints Partner To Lead North West Residential Valuation & Advisory Team

London, 6 February 2023 – Commercial real estate services firm, Cushman & Wakefield, has appointed Chris Taylor as a Partner to lead its Residential Valuation & Advisory team in the North West.  

Chris TaylorTaylor, who will be based in Manchester, was previously a Director in Residential Valuation at Lambert Smith Hampton, where he spent nearly 20 years.  

In his new role he will be responsible for providing market leading residential valuation and advisory services to banks, institutional investors, and developers across the region. He will work in conjunction with the firm’s UK-wide specialist teams supporting clients in the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Build to Rent (BTR) and residential development markets. He will also lead the regional team’s business development and growth strategy.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Residential Valuation & Advisory team is currently advising the main clearing banks, including Barclays and Santander, as well as Maslow Capital, National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), and Together.
