Jonathan is a Partner in the UK Specialist Markets Division and Head of UK Residential V&A. With over 20 years’ experience in the sector working on behalf of Banks, Institutional Investors and Developers Jonathan leads a national team delivering valuations across the broad residential spectrum.
His team focuses on a wide range of projects on behalf of lenders, developers, investors as well as owner occupiers, primarily for loan security purposes and financial reporting. In addition, the London team also specialises in Prime Central London and country house valuations for both banking and private clients.
