LONDON, 24 September 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield has announced two senior appointments across its UK Valuation & Advisory (V&A) team, reinforcing the firm’s ongoing investment in talent and its commitment to delivering best-in-class valuation services across all sectors.
Clare Clarke joins Cushman & Wakefield’s market leading Central London V&A team as Partner, bringing over 15 years’ of experience in commercial real estate, with a specialism in valuation. She joins from CBRE where she was most recently a Director in CBRE’s Commercial - Regular Valuation team, focused on the Central London and South-East markets. Clarke has extensive expertise in delivering valuations for loan security and financial reporting purposes, supporting a broad range of lender and investor clients.
Rob Pritchard has been appointed Partner in Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics & Industrial V&A team. He also brings more than 15 years’ experience advising a range of clients across all the major sectors in the UK and Europe. Pritchard will focus on the London and South East industrial and logistics markets, joining a team advising dominant market participants.

The team now includes 175 professionals across the UK, delivering expert advice to investors, developers and debt providers, covering all major commercial, living and alternative markets, and advising on approximately £400 billion worth of assets annually.
