Based at the firm’s offices in Leeds and London, they will play key roles in advising the firm’s Living sector clients across the UK. They join Cushman & Wakefield from JLL.
Winstanley has spent the last seven years working in senior roles at JLL in the UK and New Zealand, most recently as Head of Residential Strategic Advisory UK. Prior to that he was a Partner at Allsop LLP for nine years in the Residential Valuation team.
Hill worked alongside Winstanley at JLL, where she was most recently a Director in the Residential Strategic Advisory team, and previously in the Residential Valuation team at Allsop LLP.
The duo value and provide strategic advice on residential investment portfolios to institutional investors and private clients, including BTR, PRS, HMOs, ground rents, equity release, shared ownership, and affordable housing.
At Cushman & Wakefield, they will be advising a range of institutional funds, pension funds, REITs, property companies, developers, and corporate occupiers.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Living team comprises sector specialists who provide data-led advice and commercial insight to deliver tailored solutions to support clients. Winstanley and Hill will work closely with the firm’s transactional teams across the Living sector, led by industry expert James Dunne, formerly of abrdn.
