Tom is an International Partner and leads the Healthcare, Life Science and Infrastructure team at Cushman & Wakefield, which forms part of the Specialist Market Division. The team provide occupational, capital markets and valuation advisory services.
With 15 years’ experience Tom has a background in valuation advisory with a particular focus on specialist markets and assets whereby values are underpinned by operational cashflows, including but not limited to: car parks, motorway service areas, arenas, marina, crematoriums, life science and serviced offices.
