Cushman & Wakefield Appoints Senior Leaders To Drive Insight-Driven Solutions Across APAC & EMEA Markets

London, 17 December 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield has announced two senior appointments within its APAC & EMEA Multi-Markets leadership team, reinforcing its commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service to clients operating across multiple markets. 

Richard Pickering has been appointed Director of Strategic Foresight & Intelligence, APAC & EMEA, while Alvin So assumes the role of Head of Strategy & Execution, Multi-Markets, APAC & EMEA. These appointments underscore Cushman & Wakefield’s focus on supporting large investor and occupier clients with a coordinated approach to insight, data, and account management.

He previously served as Head of Innovation, EMEA, and Chief Strategy Officer for the UK & Ireland business, where he played a pivotal role in integrating data and intelligence tools. 

In his new role, So will focus on expanding the Multi-Markets client offering, ensuring consistent delivery and driving growth. So brings nearly 15 years of experience in strategy and M&A roles at Cushman & Wakefield.
