Cushman & Wakefield Appoints Rod Edwards As Partner In Rating Team

LONDON, 1 April  2024 – Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Rod Edwards as a Partner within its Rating team. Based in London, Edwards will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm's existing clients, developing the team, and focusing on new business opportunities. 

Edwards brings over 36 years of extensive experience in the field of business rates submissions and appeals. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Edwards held a Director role at WSP GL Hearn, where he managed and executed business rate appeals on a wide variety of property types, including offices, retail warehouses, discount food stores, aviation-related premises, and NHS properties.  

Edward’s career also includes significant roles at Deloitte LLP, Drivers Jonas, Eddisons and Erdman Lewis Rating. His notable achievements include the successful negotiation of numerous rating appeals, large forensic audits, and business rates due diligence for high-profile M&A deals.
