Cushman & Wakefield Hires Logistics & Industrial Partner In The Midlands

Birmingham, 21 August 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Nick Spencer as a Partner within its national Logistics & Industrial team. Based in Birmingham, Spencer will play a key role in supporting the firm's occupier, developer and investor clients across the region.

He joins from Frontier Estates where he was a Development Manager. Spencer also held the role of UK Operations Officer at Panattoni earlier in his career.

David Binks, International Partner in Cushman & Wakefield’s UK Logistics & Industrial team, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Nick to our Logistics & Industrial team in Birmingham.
