London, 27 August 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield has announced a three-year partnership in the UK with national charity Young Enterprise.
Young Enterprise works with young people to equip them with the skills and confidence necessary for success in the world of work, supporting their successful transition from education to the workplace. The charity is committed to creating one million opportunities across the UK for young people to gain the skills they need to thrive in the future.
Throughout the summer, Cushman & Wakefield is hosting students from Young Enterprise at bespoke Cushman & Wakefield insight days across its regional offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, London, Manchester and Edinburgh. In autumn, the firm will be inviting a Young Enterprise cohort of 20 school-aged students to participate in work experience in London and Manchester, helping to inspire the next generation of real estate professionals.
Danielle Holton, Early Careers Talent & Development Manager, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “We’re extremely proud to partner with Young Enterprise and hope our involvement in the scheme will help young people in a practical way and educate them about the exciting and fulfilling careers in property in the future. At Cushman & Wakefield, we’re committed to supporting the next generation of real estate professionals. Through our Early Careers programmes - including internships, graduate roles, apprenticeships, and charity partnerships - we aim to attract and nurture diverse talent from a wide range of backgrounds.”
Donna Well, Interim Director of Strategic Partnerships and Community Engagement, Young Enterprise, said: “We’re delighted to be working in partnership with Cushman & Wakefield and are truly grateful for their commitment to supporting young people across the UK.
