In his new role, Lewis will work alongside George Turner, with further team expansion expected in 2026.
Richard Evans, Head of UK Logistics & Industrial at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “We’re delighted to welcome James to our Logistics & Industrial team in Manchester. He joins at a pivotal time in the sector and will play a vital role in our continued growth and presence supporting clients across the region.
“On both a national and regional level, we continue to see promising signs of recovery. The North West remains a premier and buoyant logistics market, and one which has seen continued rental growth recorded in recent years. The rental growth outlook for the region remains strong, particularly within the mid box market. The North West’s potential for significant consumer market recovery is looking positive as we head to 2026.”
