London, 10 February 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Amy Cooper as Head of Project & Development Services (PDS) for the UK & Ireland.
Based in London, Cooper will lead the firm’s nationwide PDS team, which specialises in Building Consultancy, Project Management, Cost Consultancy, Building Services Engineering, and Principal Delivery.
Prior to her appointment, Cooper was Head of Project Management and Cost Consultancy at Cushman & Wakefield. She will report to Nic Wilkinson, who has been promoted to Vice President, Project & Development Services EMEA – bringing his more than 30 years’ experience to coordinate and grow the firm’s PDS activity across the region.
