About
Nic is Head of UK and London Project Development Services team. He is responsible for delivering new build commercial office buildings, Category A reinstatements within existing buildings and large scale fit outs on behalf of a wide range of leading corporate tenants.
Nic set up the City Project team in 2006, and the team now incorporates Interior Designers, Building Engineers, Quantity Surveyors as well as Project Managers and Building Surveyors.
The team is able to offer a truly integrated approach to refurbishments and occupier fit outs.
Nic has been involved in many of the City of London and Thames Valley major transactions and occupier relocations over recent years.
Transaction negotiation is one of Nic’s main areas of expertise. Working with a purchasing agent Nic has negotiated, from a constructional perspective, both Agreement to Lease and Lease terms on many of London's significant transactions.
