Our Offices and Industrial development team brings together Cushman & Wakefield's collective expertise to support developers, funders, landowners, investors and the public sector, in the sale, funding, repositioning and enhancement of industrial and office space.

To deliver exceptional outcomes across assets types, we draw upon the knowledge and skills of our agency, investment, planning, project management, cost management and debt financing teams and work with best-in-class external consultants.
