About
Keith leads Cushman and Wakefield’s 90-strong UK Development and Strategic Advisory Services, which forms part of the UK Specialist Markets Division.
He has a background in investment and development funding and specialises in the viability, formulation and execution of delivery strategies, involving partnering and procurement arrangements for complex, commercial and mixed-use development projects. Keith brings a breadth of experience spanning 35 years, advising a range of Public and Private Sector clients on projects with a combined GDV in excess of £6bn.
