During this period, new leases and renewals totaling over 69,000 square feet (sf) were signed, which contributed to the year's overall total of 107,000 sf. The market also saw a healthy increase in occupancy, with nearly 83,000 sf of positive net absorption recorded, outpacing the amount of new construction deliveries.
