SICKLERVILLE, N.J. – SEPTEMBER 2, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services company, has arranged the sale of a suburban retail asset in Sicklerville, New Jersey. Located at 1601 Williamstown Erial Road, the 11,528-square-foot building sold to VanRock Properties for $1.675 million. The property is 100% leased to Dollar General through 2029.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, Andre Balthazard, Dan Bottiglieri and Andy Merin marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Erial-Jarvis LLC, and procured the buyer.
