WALTHAM, Mass. – OCTOBER 1, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, arranged a 31,518-square-foot lease for Cogent Biosciences, Inc. at 180 CityPoint, a premier Class A office and life sciences building owned and operated by BXP in Waltham, Massachusetts. Cogent’s new space will serve as the company’s brand-new corporate headquarters, providing a modern environment to support its continued growth as it prepares to commercialize its first product.
