About

Ross Gaudet is responsible for new business development and providing brokerage services for clients in the Route 128 and Greater Boston markets.

 Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ross was an Associate at Newmark Knight Frank and previously held sales positions with IBM and   Oracle.

Education

A graduate of Boston University, Ross received his Bachelor of Science degree in hospitality administration. At Boston University, he was a member on the Men’s Ice Hockey team which won a National Championship in 2009.  During his time at BU he was an active volunteer for Autism Speaks and Athletes 4 Autism.

Community Involvement

Ross is involved with the Travis Roy Foundation and BB&N Boys Hockey Coach.

Areas of Specialization

Ross utilizes previous experience to support the real estate goals for a diverse client base both locally and nationally.  He has successfully completed transactions for office, lab, and industrial users while representing both Tenants and Landlords.
