Michael Kitlica, Tracy Cartledge and Robert Buckley of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the sale between CEJ SCOTTSDALE AIRPARK CORPORATE CENTER, LLC, and Dunbar SACC LLC.
“The acquisition of Scottsdale Airpark Corporate Center achieved several objectives for CEJ’s investment strategy, ranging from upside potential in below-market lease rates to the appeal of the project’s sizable frontage along Hayden with the optionality in the future to sell individual buildings to potential owner occupiers,” said Kitlica.
Completed in 1985, Scottsdale Airpark Corporate Center is fully occupied by Pillar Church, Copyfast Printing and Vogel Prep.
Located just north of Hayden and Raintree Drive, Scottsdale Airpark Corporate Center is ideally positioned within close proximity to North Scottsdale’s executive housing, as well as one mile east of the Loop 101/Raintree interchange. The property is located in the heart of the largest employment center in Arizona, the Scottsdale Airpark, with several billion dollars of development planned or currently under construction.
