An Executive Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s national capital markets group, Bob advises institutional and private clients in their office and industrial investments in Arizona and the surrounding region. Bob has over 30 years' experience in commercial real estate, having originally hired his now partner Tracy. Their commitment to client service has resulted in sales in excess of 30 million square feet and $2.7 billion.

Bob worked for Trammell Crow and Insignia/ESG, which were acquired by CBRE, prior to his joining Grubb & Ellis which through a series of acquisitions ultimately became Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to the commercial real estate arena, Bob brings sales experience from the General Systems Divisions at IBM. During this tenure with IBM he developed national programs for the automotive and legal industry.
