Tracy advises sophisticated investor clients in the sales and acquisitions of office and industrial properties in Arizona. He has worked as a team with partner Bob Buckley for 30 years.

Tracy joined Grubb & Ellis in 2007 and stayed in the same chair as that chair became Cassidy Turley, then DTZ, before being acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in 2015. Tracy also previously worked at Trammell Crow, and Insignia/ESG. Prior to commercial real estate, Tracy performed complex financial analysis for partnership workouts at Estes Homes.
