CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Jan. 26, 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today the return of Kevin Lynch as an Executive Director within its Valuation & Advisory Affordable Housing practice, further strengthening the firm’s national platform and commitment to delivering specialized expertise across the affordable housing sector.

Lynch is a nationally recognized HUD appraisal and affordable housing valuation expert with more than 20 years of industry experience supporting HUD-insured financing, MAP lenders, housing authorities, investors, and developers. His knowledge spans a wide range of asset types and transaction structures, including Section 8, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) conversions, public housing, mixed-income developments, and preservation transactions.
