About

Kevin Lynch joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2026 and currently serves as an Executive Director in the firm’s Charlotte office. He brings more than 25 years of valuation and consulting experience across a wide range of property types, including multifamily (conventional, LIHTC, and Section 8 HAP), healthcare, office, shopping centers, retail, and vacant land.

Kevin’s primary area of expertise is within the multifamily sector, with extensive experience involving HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, LIHTC, and mixed-use assets. He has completed numerous market feasibility studies for multifamily developments, as well as appraisals and market analyses of existing and proposed projects under the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s MAP (Multifamily Accelerated Processing) Program.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Kevin served for more than seven years as an Executive Vice President with the Valuation & Advisory group at Newmark. Earlier in his career, he worked as a fee appraiser with Cushman & Wakefield Fred H. Beck & Associates in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Affiliations

Kevin is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute and has been affiliated with the organization since March 14, 2008. He has completed extensive Appraisal Institute coursework toward earning the MAI designation, reflecting his continued commitment to professional development and industry standards.

Education

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College (now Queens University).
