NEW YORK – September 21, 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, announced that Michael Schirick has joined the organization as the Tri-State Market Lead for Valuation & Advisory (V&A). In this role, Mr. Schirick will oversee the firm’s valuation business across New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, working closely with the national V&A leadership team to advance the firm’s client strategy throughout the Tri-State market.
“Michael brings an exceptional combination of industry expertise, strategic perspective and firsthand understanding of what clients need from their valuation partners,” said Eric Lewis, Executive Managing Director of Strategic Accounts and Client Development, V&A Americas at Cushman & Wakefield. “His experience and client-centric approach make him an outstanding addition to our leadership team, and we look forward to the continued growth of our Tri-State Valuation & Advisory business under his leadership.”
