Alex has unparalleled expertise and success in assisting many of Cushman & Wakefield’s largest clients. He is highly respected in the Calgary marketplace and enables influence over the landlord’s approach and thought processes. Alex is consistently named among the top brokers in Canada and was the #1 Top Producer in 2014. Alex leads a team that provides unparalleled service from a client’s initial Strategy Development, Needs Analysis, to offer and lease negotiations and ultimately to Move-In.

Alex began his career at the Calgary office of Royal LePage Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield ULC) in 1984 and has worn many hats through his career, including Managing Director from 1994 - 2002. His more than 41 years of experience representing tenants on a national basis with the company has allowed him to build long-term consultative relationships with his clients. Although he has a tenant representation focus, he is routinely asked to consult or advise on how to position or market office projects in declining or difficult markets, from a user’s perspective.
