With a Bachelors of Engineering in Integrated Engineering, as well as an MBA in finance, he is well equipped to provide analytical and preliminary due diligence support. Proficiency in business lending, leveraged management buyouts, and private equity issuance gives him a broad and unique perspective towards financial modeling and business valuation that is invaluable to the process of buying and selling businesses. Geoff has direct experience in the valuation, and acquisition of businesses in the fields of: for profit education, trucking/logistics, ERP software, manufacturing, professional services and medical practices.
