Loy is a Vice President for Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services, specializing in the downtown Calgary area, based out of the Calgary office. As the business leader, Loy manages an urban portfolio of 4.5 million square feet of retail and office real estate in city’s downtown core.

With nearly 23 years of commercial leasing experience, Loy has been central to the success of marquee leasing transactions including the pre-leasing of Eighth Avenue Place; a 1.9-million-square-foot office development in downtown Calgary.

Loy holds an Alberta Real Estate Agent license and served on the BOMA Calgary Board of Directors from 2013 to 2015.
