He provides his market knowledge, analysis, and transaction expertise in every market sector including industrial, office, retail, land acquisition and development, design-build projects, and investment.

Mike’s goal from the outset has been to provide the best, most comprehensive level of advisory services to his clients, and this has earned him a high degree of repeat and referral business from his loyal clientele. Mike has established a strong track record servicing a wide range of clients throughout Southern Ontario, concentrating principally on Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge, but he has carried out larger mandates across the entirety of the southern Ontario industrial/commercial marketplace. He has established a particular specialty in property acquisition and in the handling of complex transactions, including brownfield properties.
