Michael is Executive Vice President of the Toronto West industrial group. In this role, Michael focuses on:

1. The acquisition/disposition of industrial buildings and development land
2. Large scale agency assignments for new state-of-the-art industrial development projects
3. Tenant representation working with regional, national and multi-national companies on complex assignments in the GTA and across North America
4. Mid-market investment deals such as sale-leasebacks and portfolio dispositions/acquisitions

Michael prides himself on his market knowledge, relationships and having a strong understanding of Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial platform. This allows him to assist his clients with complex real estate assignments while making the transaction process seamless. Since January 2020 Michael has sold over1,000 acres of development land, leased/sold over 5,000,000 square feet of space with a total transaction value of over $1,000,000,000. Michael is a perennial top performer and multiple-time recipient of the President’s Round Table award. Michael ranked in the Top 10 in Canada in 2021, 2022 & 2023
