Nicholas joined Cushman & Wakefield as part of their ‘new associate broker program’ in June 2022 with a focus on investment sales. Nicholas has always had a passion for commercial real estate and retail. The new associate broker program allowed Nicholas to gain knowledge on all asset classes while developing market strategies, creating marketing reports and building his client base.

A recent graduate from Ryerson University, Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Retail Management and has his real estate trading licenses. Nicholas is a member of ICSC and actively involved in the real estate community.
