Richard is a Associate Vice President within the Toronto West Industrial group and specializes in the Leasing and Sales of industrial properties in the Toronto West market. Richard began his career as a member of our Industrial Research team as a Junior Researcher. Choosing to focus on the leasing and sales of industrial assets in the GTA, Richard has grown and continues to build on his extensive network of strong client relationships in order to provide effective real estate solutions. As an individual who takes great pride in his work, Richard has a work ethic which seeks to generate the best possible outcome for his clients. Richard is a member of Cushman & Wakefield's Future Leaders group and a valued asset to the team through his rigid business development and client management capabilities.
