Trent is an Associate Vice President for the Office Sales and Leasing team in the Calgary office. 

Trent started his career in the Fall of 2015, quickly graduated to Associate in late 2016, and was promoted to Associate Vice President in 2019.  

During his time as an office leasing specialist, Trent has developed an advanced set of skills required to help both landlords and tenants creatively analyze their real estate expenses, while successfully negotiating favourable lease transactions on their behalf. During his tenure, Trent has transacted on over 700,000 sf of space.

His current and past clients include: TJX Canada, OGL Engineering, Cressey Development Group, Strategic Group, Platform Calgary, BBA Engineering Inc., Vivint, Inc., Qualico Properties, Copper 8 Licensed Interior Design, Morneau Shepell, J.S. Held, Horizon Housing Society of Calgary, and Co-operators Insurance.
