Cushman & Wakefield selected as leasing agent for WELLBE

WELLBEThe first office building in Lisbon that aims to achieve WELL Platinum and Passive House certification has already started the construction and ATENOR (the developer) has now selected the agents that will exclusively market the space: Cushman & Wakefield and another local agent. The project, named WellBe, is located in Parque das Nações, on the last available plot on Avenida D. João II. It is a project that presents itself as unique and aims to exceed market standards in Portugal, both in terms of flexibility and in terms of sustainability, due to its reduced carbon footprint. 

WellBe comprises 27,635 m² of offices, distributed over 11 floors, and it is located in one of the most important business centers in Lisbon, Parque das Nações. The project has a large green spaces area, fantastic views over the Tagus River and a set of services that go far beyond the work activity or the building itself. 

Curiosities about WellBe do not stop here: in addition to the offices, there will be 1,240m2 of retail space, 1,865m2 of terraces, 267 private parking spaces (plus 129 public parking spaces), a bicycle park, showers and lockers for its employees, gym, wellness centers, among other features that guarantee a state-of-the-art building management system. 

In addition to the WELL Platinum and Passive House certification, which reinforces the orientation of the building towards the well-being of its users, visitors and also the community in general, the development also intends to have the Class A energy certificate from ADENE, as well as such as BREEAM Excellent certifications, and WiredScore, which confirms its sustainable construction, reduced environmental impact and use of cutting-edge technology. 

According to Gregory VAN der ELST, Country Director of ATENOR in Portugal, “WellBe is ATENOR's first project in Portugal. WellBe is much more than a building, it represents a new way of working and living, where technology combined with sustainability raises levels of comfort and well-being to levels never seen before in the office market in Portugal”.
