Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Charlton as Joint Head of Capital Markets WA, based in the Perth office.

With 20 years’ experience in commercial property sales, Nick will be advising institutional and private clients on their acquisitions and disposal strategy within the metropolitan CBD area of Perth, alongside his colleague and fellow Joint Head of Capital Markets, Ben Younger, who joined the team in late 2022.

“Nick and Ben’s highly coveted experience in the Perth Capital Markets sector and their combined network will be a huge advantage for the WA and National business” he said.

Nick Charlton, Cushman & Wakefield’s Joint Head of Capital Markets WA added “2023 will prove to be an exciting year for the WA market, as Institutional investors are seeing the potential for rental growth and capital appreciation, making it an attractive investment destination”.
