Andy joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Sydney Office Leasing team in January 2017 after 18 months experience working in Brisbane’s Industrial Sales & Leasing team. After 18 months as the team’s Analyst, Andy has recently transitioned into an Executive Leasing Agent.

During his time in the role of Analyst, Andy worked closely with all operators in Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Leasing team to develop a strong level of knowledge and skills of the commercial property industry. Andy used his strong analytical and reporting skills to become a valuable member of the team and enhancing the team’s offering in the form of bespoke models, advice and analysis of leasing deals and prospective targets.

Andy has gained valuable knowledge and exposure to the market through his contribution on a number of projects. He is now using that experience to in his brokerage role focussing on the Sydney CBD.

Andy prides himself on providing a highly conscientious approach to his work. His organised and diligent methodology enables him to gain a deep knowledge of the market whilst ensuring best-in-class results.
