As Head of Office Leasing at Cushman & Wakefield Australia, Tim leads a team of 15 brokers, ensuring they achieve the most favourable outcomes for their clients.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2016, Tim worked at another global commercial real estate services firm for more than a decade. He started his career as a tenant representative, acting for many of Australia’s ASX 100 companies. After six years, he moved to office leasing where he was involved in some of the largest brokerage deals in the country.

Tim works in close partnership with his clients, understanding their drivers, their asset plans, and their desired results. He takes the time to create a tailored marketing strategy for each client.
