Caiti Morgan is a Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation and Advisory Group based in our Toronto Head Office. She is an accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and has 10+ years’ experience in commercial real estate valuation and advisory.

Caiti specializes in the valuation of large shopping centres nationwide.

Caiti joined Cushman & Wakefield ULC in 2015, after working for CBRE Limited’s appraisal division for more than 9 years.

In 2006, Caiti Morgan joined CBRE New Zealand’s specialist retail valuation and consultancy team where she worked directly on the majority of large shopping centre assets in New Zealand. In addition to valuation work, the team undertook due diligence assignments, catchment analysis, tenant affordability benchmarking analysis and tenancy mix consultancy advice.

In 2011, Caiti relocated to Canada where she worked on retail assets Canada-wide based out of CBRE’s Toronto and Montreal offices for almost 4 years. Clients represented include Bentall Kennedy, Calloway, CREIT, First Capital Realty, Manulife, Montez, OPTrust, Sun Life and Triovest. Caiti offers a proven track record of being able to lead multiple national portfolios concurrently.
