A passionate advocate for a thriving local economy, Elizabeth Jane brings a background in managing commercial properties and family enterprise to her work for Cushman & Wakefield. As the Managing Director for a commercial property assets firm, Elizabeth Jane learned skills that help her evaluate agreements from the perspective of investors, landlords and tenants as well as an understanding of the value of building trusted long term relationships. With a background that also includes the construction industry, with a focus on forward-looking communications infrastructure, she has an understanding of commercial real estate from many angles. She is currently completing her Diploma in Urban Land Economics at the University of British Columbia.

Elizabeth Jane has worked on transactions with both local and national groups including Starbucks, MS Society of Canada, Reliance Properties, Scotiabank, National Bank Financial, Ivy’s Books, Flintstones Masonry and Edward Jones. In her personal time, Elizabeth Jane sits on the General Committee for the Union Club of British Columbia, where she can contribute to the work the association does to enhance economic growth in Greater Victoria and beyond.
