Margareta Rawlins is the administrative coordinator for Stewart Campbell, Michael Klein, Benjamin Bach, John Vickery and Ian Cattrysse and is responsible for the day to day administration and operations of the team.

Margareta has over 13 years of related real estate experience. Previous to joining Cushman & Wakefield Waterloo Region Ltd. she worked in various administrative and marketing roles for a local commercial real estate company. This position allowed her to excel in producing high end marketing deliverables; including presentations, proposals, tour packages, property brochures, and newsletters. She was also responsible for overseeing all files and projects including database management and client liaison. These responsibilities required quality assurance, branding compliance and ensuring all marketing deliverables were in compliance with corporate/legal standards and guidelines.
