Meggie is a commercial real estate broker for Cushman & Wakefield, based out of Montreal. Working alongside Lloyd Cooper, Montreal’s senior leading broker, Meggie is supporting a corporate occupier advisory practice as transaction manager, which includes leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. More than 150 transactions are overseen annually.
Meggie first joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018 as an executive assistant to Team Cooper. She quickly discovered a passion for commercial real estate which convinced her to acquire her brokerage license. Meggie has since been a key partner to Lloyd Cooper and she is supporting key assignments, specializing in tenant representation.

- She graduated in 2018 Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance major. Meggie also earned Dean’s Honor List from College of Business at San Francisco State University.
- While in San Francisco, Meggie also completed a mentorship program with BOMA SF, which introduced her to Cushman & Wakefield.
- She received her commercial real estate brokerage license from the OACIQ in March 2020.
