As an Associate Broker in the Calgary office, Scott Stoddart possesses in-depth real estate market knowledge, hands-on experience and solid relationships both in Calgary and Western Canada. 

Scott joined Cushman & Wakefield’s predecessor company in 2005, specializing in the sale of development lands and income producing properties. Scott’s in-depth analysis of a property’s potential and the ability to market that potential to the right groups has enabled him to add value for his clients. Over the past several years Scott has been active in the listing and sale of residential and industrial development lands as well as inner city mixed use development sites and incoming producing properties.

Scott has 18 years of combined brokerage, leasing and operations experience. His real estate career began in 1997 at an Alberta-based commercial real estate firm as a member of the office leasing group. In 1999, Scott moved to the Landlord’s side, first with Oxford Properties, then Beutel Goodman Real Estate Services/Bentall Retail Services responsible for all retail leasing and development in Bentall’s 1.4 million square foot Alberta retail portfolio.
