Tomasz has over 9 years of real estate experience specializing in delivering market intelligence, and highest and best use analysis for properties in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2017, Tomasz has worked with the Capital Markets Team and contributed to the coordination of due diligence, underwriting and marketing for real estate transactions totaling in excess of $2 billion.

Prior to joining C&W, Tomasz worked with a Toronto based real estate consulting firm, specializing in market advisory for new retail and mixed-use developments. Tomasz delivered market insights for highest and best use studies as well as market feasibility studies for many of Canada’s largest developers and major retailers. Tomasz has also worked with municipalities and regional governments on various commercial land use studies that guided future policy planning.

Tomasz holds an Undergraduate Degree in Economics from the University of Toronto, a Real Estate Trading Services License (BC), and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia.

Tomasz is a member of Urban Development Institute (UDI) Pacific Region and NAIOP Vancouver Chapter.
