Yvonne has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry gained from working with a respectable Vancouver developer as well as for the Urban Development Institute (UDI) Pacific Region. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2021, Yvonne has worked with the Capital Markets Team and contributed to the coordination of due diligence and marketing.

Prior to joining C&W, Yvonne has led UDI Pacific Region’s professional development for over 3500 representatives from ~900 corporate members. Over her four years at UDI, she has planned and implemented over 250 events (seminars, luncheons and webinars), ranging from 100 - 1200+ guests in attendance. Aside from managing all phases of each event, from procurement to post-event evaluation, Yvonne has cultivated solid relationships with valued members, stakeholders, business partners, sponsors and vendors. She has also worked with municipalities and Provincial governments, even hosting a keynote luncheon featuring the Premier of British Columbia and the Minister of Housing in 2018.

Yvonne holds a bachelor’s degree from University of British Columbia in Interdisciplinary Studies. Being also fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, she is trilingual. Yvonne has achieved level N3 in the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test as well.
