Eva is responsible for asset management and lease consultancy services to our top clients helping them to increase value of their assets and optimize costs. Eva also provides full-scope consultancy on newly developed office schemes and creates marketing and leasing strategies. Last but not least, Eva helps to re-structure existing office building and its tenancy and to re-position the product on the market. 

Eva strengthened Cushman & Wakefield's Office Agency team in September 2017. She has been working in the real estate business for 15 years, mainly she has been focusing on office space leasing. Eva gained a wide range of expertise while working as a Leasing Manager for 2 Developers - Austrian Euro Gruppe and Czech CPI. She has also a 4 year experience in an Office Leasing Agency (King Sturge), where she worked in the Landlord representation, first as a letting consultant and later on as the Head of the department. 

Eva is capable of handling leasing of office premises process as well as related Asset management.
