About

Jakub leads the Design & Build service line, overseeing the independent management of office fit-out projects and asset-level project management. He also acts as a construction and cost manager on key assignments for major international clients.

He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018 as a Project Manager and brings broad experience across various phases of civil engineering, including construction management, project preparation and execution, health & safety, and technical design.

Prior to joining the firm, Jakub spent two years in a design and construction studio and later worked at LEGO Production as a Junior Project Manager.

Assignments

• Baxter – complete design & build office fit out, 820 sq m at Anděl Park building in Prague 5
• Anděl Park – cooperation with the owner GLL on the overall reconstruction of the building (Reception, kitchenettes and toilets for tenants, Security and BMS systems, etc.)
• G4S - complete design & build office fit out, 725 sq m at BBC B building in Prague 4
• HID - complete design & build office fit out, 360 sq m at Palác Karlín in Prague 8
• Palác Karlín – Project monitoring of construction works for occupier ALBI and Immunia
• Smíchov Gate – cooperation with the owner Red Side on the reconstruction of the building (Reception, Security and BMS systems, Locker room reconstruction, etc.)
• AXA Vinohradská – air condition and cooling reconstruction, garages surface removal
• Hotel Lindner – new BMS and FAS
