Ciara McCarthy is a Divisional Director on the Valuation & Advisory team and is based in Limerick. She is is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over 20 years’ experience in the commercial property market, having joined Cushman & Wakefield in May 2006. Throughout her career, she has worked across all commercial property sectors, providing agency, lease advisory, and professional services advice to a wide range of clients . 

Ciara has extensive experience in investment and development valuations, acting for both private and public sector clients, as well as multiple large financial institutions. In addition, she provides lease advisory (rent reviews & lease renewals), and compulsory purchase orders (CPOs) advice, and bring significant agency experience in both sales and leasing.
