Conor Niland is a Divisional Director in the Retail Agency team at Cushman & Wakefield, advising both occupiers and landlords across the Irish retail market with a particular focus on high-profile acquisitions and leasing strategy. He leads store acquisitions in the Republic of Ireland for a number of established multinational retailers, including Tesco, CEX, Camile, The Works and Wendy's.

Conor also acts for institutional landlords such as Eagle Street, Kennedy Wilson, Tesco and Clancourt, advising on the leasing of nationwide shopping centres and retail portfolios.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Conor spent eight years in commercial agency and investments at Chartered Assets and BDM Property. During this time, he advised on acquisitions for a wide range of national retailers including Musgraves, IMC Cinemas, O’Briens Wine, The Natural Bakery and Tula Burritos, and acted for institutional clients such as Pepper, Aviva and Irish Life on disposals, retail rent reviews and leasing mandates.
