He joined the firm in 2018 and is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer having qualified with a BSc in Property Economics from Dublin Institute of Technology (now Technological University Dublin). He is established as a trusted advisor to a broad range of clients including lenders, developers, investors and public sector bodies and has a strong interest in the considered use of AI & Technology to support valuation processes and service delivery.

Conor specialises in the valuation of Development Land and Living sector assets, with particular expertise in Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), while also advising across all other key sectors.
