George Saurin is a Director within the Valuation & Advisory team, based in Dublin, with over 20 years' commercial property experience. George has expertise in a wide range of property sectors including retail, office, private residential sector, trading assets and data centres. He values assets for a wide array of funds and for secured lending purposes with a core focus on large scale portfolio valuations. George co-ordinates some of the largest valuation instructions on behalf of some of the largest domestic and international funds and financial institutions and co-ordinates pan European valuations on behalf of a number of funds.

In addition to George's valuation expertise, he is an active member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors having been a former Chairperson of the Valuation Professional Group and a current Chairperson of the Assessment of Professional Competence.
